Signs of miscarriage may include many symptoms and may be linked to vulvar conditions or cervical dysplasia. Miscarriages often do not happen as one event, but rather as a series of events. It isn’t always easy to tell whether you are miscarrying. Each women’s experience may be very different from another. Sometimes first trimester bleeding will occur with a normal pregnancy. Heavy vaginal bleeding and pelvic cramping are symptoms of a spontaneous abortion. It can be similar to some women’s menstrual cycle. One inclination would be passing blood clots or grayish matter, (fetal tissue).
